If we remove our Wii Fit disk and put in a new Wii and started training can we go back to the original Wii and put in a memory card. Will it than transfer to the new one when we insert?

Whichever Wii console you use, as long as you make sure that the same memory card is in the Wii when you load Wii Fit, then your training data should be saved.
